Heating instructions
Stove top: After thawing, empty contents into
a saucepan and heat through. Simmer and serve with rice or roti and Ugly Food & Co Achar Pickle. Microwave: After thawing, empty contents
into a microwavable container/dish and heat for 2 minutes, stir through and heat for another minute. Serve with rice or roti and Ugly Food Achar Pickle.

INGREDIENTS: Shin/chuck beef, Coconut cream, Ginger,Galangal, Lemongrass, Onion, Fresh Turmeric, Garlic, Chilli, Kaffir lime leaves, Oil, Star anise,Cloves, Cumin, Cinnamon, Fennel seeds, Coriander powder, Sea salt.
Keep frozen, Freezes up to 6 months. When thawed, it stays good in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Store under 5 degrees celsius.
